All shipments are being shipped from our main store at location: No.307, Jalan Ong Kim Wee, 75300 Melaka, to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Shipping service is provided by City-Link Express.
We do not offer cash on delivery and we do not deliver to P.O boxes. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment being made.
INTERNATIONAL: We do not ship products to any other destination out of Malaysia.

We offer standard shipping for all orders made in our store.
We use flat-rate shipping of RM 15.00 for orders ship to West Malaysia and RM 80.00 for orders ship to East Malaysia, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

- To area within East Malaysia – Estimated around 7 working days
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
For in-stock products, your order should be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order verification and credit approval. Please allow more days for deliveries to remote areas including Sabah and Sarawak.
Delivery days are excluding Malaysian National & state holidays.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once they’ve shipped, you’ll receive an email which includes a tracking number along with your order information.
City-Link tracking information will be provided for items shipped. Note that a shipping company may not have the ability to track a shipment for up to 48 business hours after your initial order is placed.
